Booking conditions
PaymentWe accept guaranteed booking only. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you by fax or e-mail after acceptance of your order. Providing necessary information relating to credit card, you consent that the hotel complex will withdraw one-night-booking fee from your account. Booking via our website is possible at least 48 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
Accommodation fee payable in LVL according to the exchange rate or by credit card. We accept the following types of credit cards:

Cancellation procedure:
Dear guests! Please be reminded that you may cancel booking or make any necessary changes 24 hours prior to your arrival.
If you cancel booking 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, prepayment will be returned to your account.
If you failed to cancel booking 24 hours prior to the date of arrival or failed to arrive, prepayment will not be refunded. Your booking is deemed to have been cancelled after the hotel complex received your cancellation sent to the specified e-mail or fax.

- departure before 6:00 p.m. – 50% accommodation fee per 24 hours;
- departure after 6:00 p.m. – 100% accommodation fee per 24 hours.
